A Sacred Reclamation of Self

Soft Landing Transformation
For too long, you’ve been the one pouring into everyone and everything around you, with very few spaces that pour back into you with the same care.
At Styled to Heal™: The HERstorical Wellness Experience, we begin with a soft landing for your nervous system and your spirit. This retreat acknowledges what you carry as a Black woman who’s often unseen, underestimated, and spoken over, and offers you something rare: a sacred place to be held, heard, and restored

Powerful Restoration
This isn't a quick escape. It's a reset. A recalibration. A return to the version of you that's not exhausted by carrying everyone else.
You'll not only leave rested. You'll leave seen, styled, and soulfully restored, with practices you can carry back into your everyday life.
You'll leave with:
* A calmer nervous system and a body that remembers what rest feels like
* Simple rituals for daily soul care, rooted in culture and HERstory
* A renewed relationship with your own beYOUty, presence, and voice
* New connections with Black women who understand your journey

This retreat is for you if...
If you see yourself in even one of these scenarios, Styled to Heal™ was created with you in mind:
-
You’re navigating toxic dynamics at work, at home, in institutions, or even in community spaces, and you need a space where you’re not dismissed, minimized, or talked over.
-
You crave rooms where Black women are centered, honored, and resourced — not tokenized or asked to shrink.
-
You’re the one everyone leans on, and you rarely have a safe, judgment-free place to put it all down.
-
You’re tired of surface self-care and want deep, culturally rooted restoration that actually reaches your body and spirit.
-
You look successful on paper, but you’re quietly exhausted, overstimulated, or numb inside.
-
You know there’s a more vibrant, fully expressed version of you waiting to be reclaimed, and you’re ready to stop postponing her.
What makes Styled to Heal™ different?
Styled to Heal™ is not a generic spa day or lecture.
It’s a HERstorical wellness experience created for Black women who are ready
for true restoration, not just a quick escape.
Culturally rooted
Grounded in Black women’s HERstory, aesthetics, and lived experiences, so that you’re not an afterthought. You are the center of the room and the story.
Multi-sensory and immersive
We engage sight, sound, taste, touch, and emotion so the experience lives in your body, not just in your notes. Your whole self is invited to exhale here.
Designed for high-achieving Black women
Curated for leaders, caregivers, creatives, and professionals who are used to holding it all together. This time, you’re the one being held.
Focused on life after the retreat
You leave with simple practices, language, and frameworks to support your nervous system, your voice, and your wellness long after you leave.
