These terms apply to all Foundation activities, including Styled to Heal™, retreats, launch events, workshops, sponsorship opportunities, and other related programs.
1. Use of Our Website & Services
- You agree to use our website and programs only for lawful purposes.
- You will not interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of our site or
events.
2. Event Participation
- Registration may be required for certain events. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
- The Vibrancy Foundation™ reserves the right to decline or cancel participation if necessary to ensure safety and inclusivity.
- Some events may involve photography or video recording. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for nonprofit-related promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
3. Donations & Payments
- All donations are non-refundable.
- Event ticket purchases and sponsorship contributions may have separate refund or transfer policies, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces. We do not tolerate:
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Inappropriate use of our brand names, logos, or intellectual property.
Violations may result in removal from an event, or denial of future participation, or
both.
5. Intellectual Property
The Vibrancy Foundation™ name and logo are the property of The Vibrancy Foundation™, a nonprofit organization.All other marks, including but not limited to Styled to Heal™, LIFE PALETTE™, LIVACIOUS LU®, Reimagine Your Vibrant Mess™, and Reclaim Your HERstory™, are the property of Jameri Enterprises LLC (d/b/a Livacious Lu®). These names, designs, and program content are protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without prior written consent from the respective owner.
6. Limitation of Liability
Participation in events is voluntary. By attending, vending, sponsoring, or otherwise engaging in our programs, you agree that The Vibrancy Foundation™, its staff, officers, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance, vending, sponsorship, or related activities, except where prohibited by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect once they are posted on our website.
